Our services
MAVTG's consulting services are facilitation services — we research destinations, identify dialysis facilities, and coordinate logistics on your behalf. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or safety of any third-party dialysis center, cruise line, hotel, or transportation provider. Final medical clearance for travel must come from your treating physician.

All original content on this Site — including text, design, graphics, and code — is the property of MAVTG. Books published under Moore Legacy Press are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any content without written permission.
Web Services Scope. MAVTG provides web design, development, and digital consulting services under written agreements. Deliverables are specified per engagement. Revisions beyond scope are quoted separately.
Intellectual Property. Upon receipt of final payment, all custom design and code deliverables transfer to the client. MAVTG retains the right to display work as portfolio examples unless confidentiality is requested in writing.
Clinic Licensing. Healthcare facilities licensing the Kidney Navigator patient education tool or the Day One handbook receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal patient use only. Minimum order: 20 units. Resale, redistribution, or modification without written authorization is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Consulting engagements: 50% due at project kickoff, balance due on delivery. No refunds after work has commenced unless MAVTG fails to deliver agreed scope. Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month.
Limitation of Liability. MAVTG's total liability under any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding 3 months. MAVTG is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
