How Engagements Work
Payment and what happens after launch.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Standard split is 50% at project start, 50% at delivery. For larger projects ($5,000+) we offer milestone-based payment: 40% start / 30% at design approval / 30% at launch. We accept ACH, credit card, and PayPal.
What happens after my site launches?
All projects include 30 days of post-launch support — bug fixes and minor adjustments at no charge. After that, you can choose a monthly maintenance retainer (from $149/mo) that covers hosting, security monitoring, content updates, uptime monitoring, and Google Analytics reporting. Or take the code and maintain it yourself — no lock-in.
