Who We Are

This website is operated by Medical Adventure Voyage Travel Group LLC, doing business as Moore Audax Voyage Travel Group (MAVTG), a Florida limited liability company. Our principal place of business is 610 E Zack St, Suite 110-4063, Tampa, FL 33602. You can reach us at michael@mavtg.com.

What We Collect

Information you give us directly:

• Name and email address — voluntarily submitted through contact forms, consultation requests, or newsletter sign-ups.
• Your message — the content you write when you contact us through any form on this site.

Information collected automatically:

• Usage analytics — we use Google Analytics (GA4, ID: G-2EN2CEKR6Y) to collect anonymized data about pages visited, session duration, and general geographic region. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google Analytics. Google's advertising features and Google Signals are turned off. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we do not load Google Analytics. Vercel Speed Insights measures page-load speed (Core Web Vitals) without cookies or personal data, and it loads only with your analytics consent and never when Global Privacy Control is on.
• Social-media analytics (Metricool) — we use Metricool's website tracker to see which pages visitors reach from our social-media posts. It uses cookies and similar technology and may collect your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you view. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we do not load it.
• Session tokens — if you use authenticated features on this site, a session token is stored in your browser to keep you logged in. This token is stored locally and expires when your session ends.
• Company-level visit analytics (MAVTG Visitor Intelligence) — when a page loads, our server checks the public IP-to-organization record for your network so we can see which organizations (for example, a company or school on its own network) visit our site. An IP address can be personal information, so we treat it that way. We keep only the organization name and website address, the page viewed and the time. The address itself is not stored after the lookup, and we do not identify, name or contact individual visitors. Raw visit-log entries are deleted after 90 days. The organization name and website address are kept for up to 12 months after the last visit, then deleted, or earlier on a verified request where we can identify the records (email michael@mavtg.com). If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we do not run this lookup. We do not run analytics on pages that handle health information.
• Standard server logs — IP address, browser type, and pages visited, retained up to 30 days for security purposes.

What We Do NOT Collect

Kidney Navigator is local-only by default. If you choose optional multi-device sync, supported tracker records are encrypted in your browser before upload. MAVTG cannot read that encrypted copy or recover your separate recovery phrase. We and our providers can see account and service metadata; photos, PDFs, attachments and raw scans are excluded. • Without optional sync, health data you type into forms, logs and trackers stays local.
• We do not collect financial information (Stripe handles all payment processing directly).
• We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers.

Cookies and Local Storage

We use two categories of cookies and browser storage:

• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) — collects anonymized usage data. You can opt out at any time using Google's opt-out browser add-on, your browser settings, or Global Privacy Control. See our Cookie Notice.
• Functional localStorage (app state) — stores your site preferences (light or dark theme, language and cookie choice) and, for Moore Legacy Academy, lesson progress and the Teacher's Aid age choice, in your browser. Kidney Navigator keeps its records locally unless you choose its separate encrypted-sync feature. The app does not load Google Analytics.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting cookies, or any third-party tracking pixels beyond Google Analytics and Metricool.

Third-Party Services

• Metricool — social-media analytics, governed by Metricool's privacy policy.
• Google Analytics — anonymized usage analytics. Governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts — some pages load fonts from Google's font servers, so Google receives your IP address when those pages load. Governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
• Google Translate — if you use the page translation widget, Google processes the page content and your IP address to translate the page. Governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
• IP data provider (IPinfo) — used by MAVTG Visitor Intelligence only to look up the organization associated with a network IP address for company-level visit analytics. No personal identity is requested or received.
• Instagram feed (jarvis.mavtg.com) — our home page loads recent Instagram posts from our own service at jarvis.mavtg.com. Your browser sends it a plain request with no cookies, so it receives your IP address and browser details, as any website does, but no cookies or other identifiers.
• Vercel — hosts this website. Standard server logs per Vercel's privacy policy.
• Stripe — processes payments. We never see or store your full payment card number. Governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
• Web3Forms — processes contact form submissions. Your message is sent through their servers and forwarded to our inbox. See web3forms.com/privacy.
• FormSubmit — processes the mailing-list sign-up forms on the Market of Cigars and Nicahabana pages. What you enter is sent through their servers and forwarded to us. See formsubmit.co/privacy.
• Anthropic — processes the questions students type into the Moore Legacy Academy "Teacher's Aid," which is for students 13 and older, in order to return an answer. Only used when a student actively asks a question. Kidney Navigator does not use Anthropic or any other AI provider. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.

How We Use Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have some or all of the following rights. These laws include California (CCPA/CPRA), Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, Utah, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland, Indiana, Kentucky and Rhode Island, and others as new laws take effect. Where they apply, you may:

• Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Deletion — ask us to delete your personal information
• Opt out — of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for cross-context advertising, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
• Appeal — if we deny a request, reply to our email to appeal. We respond to appeals within the time your state's law requires.

We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

How to make a request. Email michael@mavtg.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We may need to confirm who you are. An authorized agent may submit a request by email with proof of authority. We respond within the time your state's law requires (generally 45 days) and may extend only where the law allows.

Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we do not load Google Analytics, Metricool or MAVTG Visitor Intelligence on this site.

Retention. Raw visit-log entries are deleted after 90 days. The organization name and website address recorded by Visitor Intelligence are kept for up to 12 months after the last visit, then deleted. Form submissions and emails are kept as long as needed to respond and for business records, then deleted. Server logs are kept up to 30 days.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to: (1) know what personal information we collect about you; (2) request deletion of your personal information; (3) opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information); and (4) non-discrimination for exercising these rights.

GDPR — Visitors in the European Union

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the same rights to access, correction, deletion, and portability of your personal data. Our lawful basis for processing your data is legitimate interest (operating this website) and consent (analytics cookies, newsletter sign-ups). To exercise your rights, email michael@mavtg.com.

Children's Privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us immediately at michael@mavtg.com.

Data Security

This site is served exclusively over HTTPS with HSTS (HTTP Strict Transport Security). All connections are encrypted in transit. We apply industry-standard security headers including Content Security Policy, X-Frame-Options, and Permissions Policy. Contact form data is processed by Web3Forms and is not stored in our own database.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We encourage you to check this page for the latest version. Material changes will be noted on our homepage.
