Who is Naeem Hopkins
A coach for men who are ready to grow.
Naeem Hopkins is a life coach, speaker, and the founder of a men’s group in Oakland, California. He believes that when a man grows in character, faith, and leadership, everything around him rises — his family, his relationships, his community.
His path into this work started on the court himself as a Berkeley High School basketball player, and runs through years of pouring into young people — including his work with Berkeley Youth Alternatives (BYA) — and his own journey wrestling with what it means to become a man of purpose and faith. A San Francisco State University alum, Naeem brings that same heart to the men he coaches and the brotherhood he leads: meeting men where they are, and walking with them toward who they’re called to be.
